“If you aren’t afraid of the Tenth Hall, then what would we have to fear?” Orion replied.
Jared glanced around, saying, “Who knows how many skilled experts around here want me dead. Aren’t you scared at all?”
“If anyone wants to lay a finger on you, they’ll have to step over both our bodies first!”
Orion’s face was etched with resolve.
Upon witnessing this scene, Jared finally nodded with a smile, remarking, “All right then…”
“Thank you, Mr. Chance.”
“Since you two have chosen to follow me, consider yourselves part of the family now. You may rise. Presently, you are in a critical phase of breaking through to the Immortal Realm, which requires substantial resources. I have here twenty thousand celestial crystals. You two should take ten thousand each for your use.”
Jared casually tossed out two item pouches to Orion and Cassian.
