The Mans Decree Chapter 6128

Jared lifted an eyebrow. “Restore the Draconians?” “Exactly!” Roland straightened, his eyes burning with hope. “For ten thousand years we have hidden here, clinging to life, yet the Sky Dragon Lineage never forgot its honor or the charge left by the ancestors…”

“But the Demon Dragons grew too swiftly. Our single branch cannot hold them back; we have been forced into Sky Dragon Valley and live each day on the brink of annihilation. Now the Dragon Sovereign Bloodline has emerged our one hope of revival.

“You are the clan’s natural ruler. If you call, every orthodox Draconian will answer. Together we could crush the Demon Dragon Lineage and regain the dominance our forebears once wielded across the skies!” He locked onto Jared, plea written across his gaze. “Your Majesty, will you lead us to restore the Draconians?”

Jared sat without speaking for a long stretch. When he finally looked up, his words held no disguise.

“Draconian Chief, the truth is simple… I have little interest in revival or ancient glory. I came to the Fourteenth Firmament for one purpose only-to reach the Luminous Sanctuary and find a way to repair the soul trapped inside my soul crystals.”

Though Jared carried the Golden Dragon Bloodline, and people said his father was a Golden Dragon, he felt no burning mission to resurrect the Draconians. After all, plenty of human cultivators walked around with blood from other races; such things were hardly rare.

A faint shadow crossed Roland’s eyes, yet he forced nothing and merely nodded once.

Jared continued, “But accounts still need settling. Those three Demon Dragons tried more than once to kill me, and the House of Chance repaid kindness with betrayal… The Celestial Palace will answer for its part as well.”

He drew a slow breath, the tone sharpening. “Since the Demon Dragon Lineage insists on hunting me, I won’t sit and wait. Until I finish my own business and leave the Fourteenth Firmament, I can help you fight them. Talk of full revival can wait until after that.”

Roland froze, then sudden elation burst across his face. He bowed again, voice shaking. “T-Thank you, Your Majesty! Even that much help is a blessing beyond measure for the Sky Dragon Lineage!”

Jared waved the gratitude aside. “Don’t celebrate too early. I’m only High Immortal Realm Level Three, and the Demon Dragons field True Immortal Realm experts. If we clash head-on, I might not match them.”

Roland shook his head hard. “Your Majesty must not underestimate yourself. Your Golden Dragon Bloodline suppresses all things draconian. Once they face its pressure, the Demon Dragons will lose at least thirty percent of their combat power.”

“Besides…” he added, “You brought back many ancient treasures from the Primeval Dragonmere. Master those relics and your strength will soar again. Even a True Immortal Realm Demon Dragon would have to think twice before challenging you.”

Jared gave a small nod; on this point he fully agreed. The relics pulled from the Print Dragonmere each pulsed with fearsome power he just had not had time to study them yet content

“By the way…” Jared suddenly remembered another key matter. “Do you know anything about the Dragon Sovereign Seal? Where it comes from, what it can do?”

Roland answered at once. “Your Majesty, the Dragon Sovereign Seal was the personal token of the ancient Emperor Deragon. It embodies his absolute authority!”

“Wherever a Draconian may live, whatever branch they belong to, one glimpse of the Seal is as if the Emperor himself stands before them. Obedience must be immediate and unconditional.”

“Before his fall, Emperor Deragon distributed several Seals to the elders he trusted most. Their charge was to reveal the tokens when the Dragon Sovereign Bloodline reappeared and aid the new ruler. Unfortunately, centuries of conflict sent the Seals drifting through countless hands. Most have vanished into history.”

Hearing this, Jared’s brow creased. “Yet one of those Seals was stolen by a Demon Dragon named Morven…”

“Morven!” Roland spat the name the instant it reached his ears. His eyes sharpened. A cold glint sliced across his gaze and his jaw set hard. “That traitor sold us out. He was the one who colluded with the demons, opened Dragonmere to the Demon Dragons, and got half our kin slaughtered… Your Majesty, the Dragon Sovereign Seal is

Your Majesty, the Dragon Sovereign Seal is the Draconians’ supreme relic, we cannot allow it to remain in Demon Dragon hands. One way or another, we will take it back.”

“Rest easy,” jared answered, voice level yet carrying the weight of unshakable certainty. “I stand at High Immortal Realm Level Three now. To me, Morven is trash. I’ll reclaim the Dragon Sovereign Seal myself.”

Roland drew a long breath, then nodded once, curt and fierce. “With confidence like that, Your Majesty, our clan finally sees a path forward.”

His stare never left Jared, as though trying to etch that promise into his own bones.
